Moyosoreoluwa Akinola is a 16-year-old female from Nigeria. She has been practising Karate for over 10 years and is seen as part of the new Karate generation. She began her formal training at the age of 5 and progressed through the belts rapidly, achieving her first Dan at the age of 9 at an amazing grading held at the American International School Lagos. Growing up, Moyosore took part in many competitions and won many medals along the way.

She trained with Sensei Dave Hazard and Sensei Rod Butler in 2011 in the United Kingdom. She appeared on the popular TV show; "Moments with Mo" as a child-star female karateka. She is a well-balanced individual managing to balance Karate, school and social activities, excelling in all aspects. To demonstrate this, she graduated from The Regent Secondary School Abuja with 7A*s, 2As. She always took part in the annual School Production and played major roles during her stay at The Regent School. She also achieved her Duke of Edinburgh International Bronze Award. She passed her second Dan Blackbelt examination in 2017. She hopes to get her third Dan when she clocks 21.
